The Cabbage Patch Dolls are very unique and I can only find a few alternatives that are not too dissimilar if the girl just wants a new dolly. These are all at a fraction of the cost so hopefully you can get some ideas of other dolls to buy.
The Lalaloopsy dolls are so cute, well I think.... to be honest I'm not sure if I find the buttons for eyes very cute or a little scary! If the girl that you are getting one of these dolls for like the Lalaloopsy cartoons then I'm sure she will also love the buttons for eyes and not be scared of silly things like me!
What I love about these dolls is that they come with a little pet too which is a great selling point as most children love animals!
The other dolls are perhaps for a younger child but are still very cute and playful for any young girl and a good little companion for night time to snuggle up to.
